We just moved over to C:Visions’s Core+ case management system, three months ago in the Spring of 2018. We are already impressed by the high standard of customer service we have received, both during the relatively stress free migration project and the after support we continue to receive.
We are very pleased with the high level of customisation the product affords us, which means we can re-design much of its look and layout to make it as simple to use for each worker role in our service.
We can already see that improvements are constantly being made based on customer feedback. Also connectivity for Asset Plus and the quarterly xml extract tool, actually works.
